Warranty Policy
At RaquetteVille, we stand behind the quality of the products supplied by our brand partners. Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects and is governed by each manufacturer’s official warranty policy.
RaquetteVille acts solely as an intermediary in the warranty process. All final determinations, approvals, repairs, or replacements are made exclusively by the manufacturer in accordance with their guidelines.
Warranty Process
If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, it may be inspected in store. If the defect is evident and meets the manufacturer’s criteria, the product may be submitted for replacement.
If the defect is not clearly identifiable, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for formal evaluation. The manufacturer’s decision is final.
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Customers must contact our Customer Service team prior to returning any product for warranty review.
