Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Canada
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $75.00 CAD. For orders under $75.00 CAD, a flat rate of $14.95 CAD applies. Estimated delivery time: 3-9 business days.
- Express Shipping: $39.95 CAD flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
United States
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150.00 USD. For orders under $150.00 USD, a flat rate of $44.95 USD applies. Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: $74.95 USD flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside of Canada and the United States.
Customs and Duties
- For orders shipped to the United States, RaquetteVille is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your Raquette Ville account and viewing your order history.
