General Shipping Policy

At RaquetteVille, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. We deliver to customers across Canada and the United States*.

*Certain products may be subject to sales or shipping restrictions outside of Canada in accordance with manufacturer or distributor policies.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada

Delivery times and free shipping thresholds may vary depending on your province.

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $75.00 CAD (Eastern Canada) or $150.00 CAD (Western Canada). For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat rate of $25.00 CAD applies. Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (Eastern Canada) or 3–9 business days (Western Canada).
• Express Shipping: $40.00 CAD flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

United States

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150.00 USD. For orders under $150.00 USD, a flat rate of $45.00 USD applies. Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days.
• Express Shipping: $70.00 USD flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside of Canada and the United States.

Customs and Duties

• For orders shipped to the United States, RaquetteVille is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your RaquetteVille account and viewing your order history.

Shipping Delays

• While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
